Our maintenance contracts
- Spring commissioning: system refilled, every zone tested, leaks repaired, drippers and sprinklers cleaned and adjusted, controller programmed for the season
- Summer checks: watering times adapted to the weather and the plants, filters cleaned, coverage checked
- Autumn and winter drain-down: the system is emptied and protected from frost so that pipes and valves are not damaged
- Repairs and upgrades: valves, controllers, sprinkler heads, smart controllers and moisture sensors
- Advice on water saving, rainwater harvesting and watering during hosepipe bans
Winterising your irrigation system
From October, irrigation systems in London should be drained down before the first frosts. Water left in pipes, valves and backflow devices can freeze, crack the components and cause leaks in spring. We drain and protect your system, and recommission it in spring so that it is ready as soon as the garden needs water.

We take over the maintenance of existing systems. On a first visit we inspect the whole installation, map the zones, and recommend any repairs or improvements — for example adding a pressure-reducing valve and timer so that a drip system can keep running during a hosepipe ban.
