Communal Garden & Garden Square Irrigation
Irrigation design, installation and maintenance for garden committees, residents and managing agents.
Communal gardens and garden squares are among London's greatest assets — and among the hardest to keep green. Large lawns, mature borders and many stakeholders mean that watering needs to be reliable, efficient and easy to manage. Irrigarden designs, installs and maintains irrigation systems for garden committees, residents' associations and managing agents.
What we offer garden committees and managing agents
- A site survey and a clear proposal that can be shared with your committee or included in a tender
- Zoned systems for lawns, borders, hedges and newly planted trees, each watered according to its needs
- Pop-up sprinklers that disappear when not in use, and drip lines that are invisible in the borders
- Smart controllers that adjust to the weather and avoid watering when it rains
- Work planned around residents, with minimal disruption to lawns and paths
- Annual maintenance contracts: spring commissioning, mid-season checks, repairs and winter drain-down

Saving water, protecting the garden
With water restrictions becoming more frequent in London, a well-designed system uses far less water than hand watering or sprinklers left running. We can add rainwater harvesting and soil moisture sensors, and we advise on how to prioritise young trees and new planting during dry periods and hosepipe bans.
Working alongside your gardeners
Most garden squares already have a gardening contractor or a head gardener. We work with them: they keep their routine, and we take care of the water. Our team handles the technical side — valves, controllers, pipework, pressure and repairs — so your gardeners can focus on the plants.
Where we work
We look after gardens across prime central and west London, including Notting Hill, Kensington and Holland Park and Chelsea and Belgravia.
Ask for a site survey — we are happy to present a proposal to your committee.
